Doh! You did post that you could make the Event's we're hosting, right? Hope you can get off from work for at least the Meet & Greet supper on the 3rd of July. FWIW, sorry we missed another cache run together. They called me last Sat., but they caught me busy at my shop working on my motorbikes. Too bad too, cause my wife could have gotten some more Found It logs that day. It was Luck really that had me answer the 2nd call that day. I was just coming to an end of a ride when the phone started ringing. I can't hear the phone when on the motor bikes... ;D

Anyhow, what's the Driving plan for this weekend? That will help get my notes and the Map in proper order. I'm thinking head on out 102 to 113 and beyond towards 47. That way, you should be able to stop by quick to get the Patty's Place cache and a couple others in Coal City. Since we'll be going right by there, basically. That's the route I'm considering and will be setting up during this week.

So that's the order on the map, huh? Dang dude... talk about a Time Saver! Thanks! Uh... have any y'all ever explored the "print" option here at the forums? I just ran of 2 copies of Page Two in the print preview for the wife & I. Still gotta get my butt in gear with GSAK and the GPSr's (and print a map or two for additional peace of mind on the road)... but Notes? Who needs notes? Thanks!

Taco Bell, 102 @ approx 12 Noon sounds good to me. Give me a call on the new 592 # near 11 AM to see where I'm at with Work. The sooner I get out of there the better, but I have been held up in times past. At this point, You are WAY ahead of me on the Mapping/Road work. Shoot, right now, Kaye is getting better Notes for these caches than I am at this point. That said, looks like You'll be the Lead Driver on this run. I have just tomorrow to get them loaded into GSAK & the units. (last chance too....)
Please PM or Email about these Spread sheets you're using and also about the New Trip Planner link you just provided. I'm a lost newbie when it comes to Software programs. If I understand right, GSAK's format IS a spreadsheet, but I'll be darned if I know how to get a printout (or a C&P opportunity like you just did) for that list you posted. And the new Trip Planner link you presented? I've NO clue. As I said, looks like you're gonna be the leader on this next run.

the spread sheet was just off of excel, i'll see if i can get you an extra copy, but like Kaye pointed out i'm missing a cache on it... not sure if it would be worth it due to the 2 miles of back tracking back into town..... the trip planner was a bust as it didn't work, so i guess i'm gonna be playing around w/ google earth, but the map's are done, now to see if i really wanna print them off, like our normal trips as i don't have a printer, i have to e-mail everything to myself and drive across town to the parents house to print...
