I'm the Cowboy. Originally, this place was put together as an online Campground and I was (well... still am, duh. ) the Camp Host. Anyhow, Lately I've taken a Lot more of an interest into Geocaching and have met up with some fellow local Geocachers in my local area, a lot more than I have met up with fellow Campers. Some via email only, and some in real time talks on the phone as well. Furthermore, I've even met Live and In Person the blaird clan and cached with them one Sunday afternoon. Meet the Blaird Family HERE Considering the changes in my Outdoor life's activities, I started working on setting this here place up to include my Geocaching Friends. As such, here's where I should Introduce y'all to me and mine. I'm Scott. The Cowboy. At the Geocaching Site I've considered changing my field name to Cowboy Cacher. But I'm too established as the camper anymore and I don't want to mess with everything that's been set up over the last year. Next up, my Daughter. She's Cowgirl Camper at the Geocache site where she logs her caches. I just recently set up her own account there... and now I see that I maybe ought to set here up her as well. (Only makes sense, right?) Then... to my surprise! My Wife wants to play too! Cool! I just set her up with a Geocache account last night, and she's already working on getting more into the game. Mrs. Cowboy is already set here as a Moderator even though she herself doesn't participate much at my Camper forums. Maybe things will Change, as I work more to include Geocahing? Well... I hope so. Well for now, that's us!
I'm lookin' Forward to having more Geocacher Friends come aboard here!

Oh for God's sake. Let it Go Craig! LOL But hey! Welcome back. Good to see that not all of my Camper friends have deserted me just yet. Bryan, check out the camping part of the forums here to read up on the Chili thing. I made a crack on Kaye's cooking once upon a time, and Craig has been threatening me with telling her about it. All in good fun though. (I think? ) Here's one of the topics here in this forum. Chili Cookoff At the moment, I can't seem to find the Original Topic where I made the comment about the chili skills. (Or the lack thereof...)

That goes one step further, Bryan. Remember that Container you gave me that night? Well, I wrote to Phil 413 (his name was on the included Log Sheet) about how he made it. He has written back explaining it to me and I've been working on making some more myself. Anyhow, in his writing to me, he told me that he used to live in the area 'round here in the 80's! Now what are the odds of That too?!? We talked that night about the Small World. Well, Phil 413 and I had about the same talk about the Small Word. Fascinating, ain't it? I've Invited him to check out the forums here, so hopefully he signs up and takes some time to visit with us as well.

But hey! Welcome back. Good to see that not all of my Camper friends have deserted me just yet. Nah not yet, although I have discovered that trying to follow the posts now is like trying to read upside down and backwards... Oh wait.. that's called Chinese.. ;D Did you guys get a hold of your local paper and stuff yet?? All you really need one reporter to show up and do a story. Just don't let them take a picture of Scott ,,

chilli cooking abilities? i might have to hear about this one... It was funny ... went well with the chilli jokes.. Unfortunately I don't have any other dirt on Scott (well that could be a good thing too). But after being on about 3 sites together for about 2-3 years now, I have found that sooner or later Scott tells one that VERY hot place of a funny story, usually it involves himself. Ok back too lurking... ;D

Yikes, this is a bit out of date, huh? Heck, by now Snow has disappeared. Wonder where he went of to??
Anyhow, Bryan made an Update to his intro topic to explain why he's not caching as much these days, so I figured I ought to as well. Folks, it's the first really Good Year for caching for all of my clan here. Somehow, even the Mrs. got involved this year! ;D However, this has taken a very Negative toll on our Camping. Shoot, I haven't Moved that nice new '08 Palomino Yearling since I've set it to Winter Storage last October. (this ticks me off....) Caching has been great up until the weather got to be so dang Hot and Humid. Man... I just can't take this stuff these days. At least with the Camper we have the A/C unit! Another thing is Time Off from work. This has just not panned out this year at all. Usually I take time off around Holiday Weekends when I can do so for Camp. But... didn't work so far this year. Memorial Day Weekend: Surgery. Dr.'s Orders. Can't do nothin! 4th of July: Caching Event. Could have Camped too, had I been given enough Notice from work that we'd be Closed! And now... just too dang Hot. Argh! Hopefully something will Improve sometime soon, so that I can at least get the Camper Open this year. Shoot, I might just have to settle for a Camp Driveway (or in my case, Camp Park Lot) at least once this season. Anyhow, there you have it. My latest Update. On a Plus Note, I can say that we've gotten a few more Caches Hidden recently. We're starting to have little bit of Fun on that side of things.
